We are seeking a skilled UX Writer with expertise in technical editing to join our team and help us craft engaging, clear, and user-centric content that drives exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX Writing: Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to craft intuitive, concise, and user-friendly content for interfaces, workflows, and other user interactions.

• User Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality user guides, help articles, and FAQs tailored to diverse audiences.

• Content Strategy: Define and refine tone, voice, and style guidelines for EHS products, ensuring consistency across all content touchpoints.

• Technical Editing: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with product goals and user needs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and incorporate user feedback into content strategies.

• AI and Technology Integration: Leverage AI tools for content creation and refinement (experience with AI tools is a plus).

• Localization Support: Assist in localizing content for global markets, with a focus on English and German (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX writing, technical writing, or a related field, preferably within a technical or EHS-focused environment.

• Language Skills: Excellent command of English (German proficiency is a plus).

• Tools Expertise: Familiarity with content management tools; experience with MadCap Software is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge Base: Understanding of EHS concepts and terminology or the ability to learn them quickly.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and proofreading skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Interest or experience in AI tools and technologies is desirable.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
