AMCS (formerly Quentic) is one of the leading solution providers for software as a service (SaaS) in the European HSE and CSR market. The primary task of software testing is to ensure the functionality of our web application.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, creation, development, implementation and evaluation of manual software tests for our web application

  • Deriving test cases and test scenarios

  • Analyzing and documenting errors for continuous product improvement

  • Support in all phases of the testing process (planning, preparation, specification, implementation, evaluation and completion)

  • Developing, monitoring and adhering to quality goals

  • Working with our software development, quality management and consulting teams


Skills

  • Completed studies or training in the field of computer science or relevant professional experience

  • Profound experience in test planning and test execution of web applications

  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies, e.g. cross browser and HTTP

  • Initial experience in PHP programming and with Selenium is an advantage

  • Practical know-how in dealing with ticket systems (JIRA and Confluence) and in agile development is useful

  • High quality awareness, strong conceptual and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in English
