The Custom Solution Group / Premium Services Nordics team work together with live customers to deliver T2 incident management, new enhancements and customized workflows within our advanced transport planning and control systems software.


Job Description


This role is to support customers using our IO/Transport products with a Premium Service Agreement in the Nordics and the rest of EMEA if needed. Tasks will be prioritized and coordinated with the AMCS internal Service Managers as there will be active tasks for multiple customers at the same time. As tasks are often carried out individually it is important to be self-driven and knowing when to ask for help amongst colleagues and input from customers.


The role would also require the following Professional Services ‘Core Competencies’ to be demonstrated; Communication, Planning, Relationship Building and Problem Solving.

In Premium Services we strive to build close relations to our customers enabling us to deliver a high level of support in their daily operations and assist them in designing new enhancements so that they are rooted in both their way of working and best practice within their industry. Our most common tasks are T2 incident management, building new and maintaining existing; integrations, Custom background services, dialogs, and dashboards, designing and scoping new core product changes and configuration management.


Qualifications/Experience


· Bachelors or Masters in Information Systems/Computer Science/Software Engineering or Equivalent

· Experience with one or more of the below technologies is an advantage

o C# .NET Framework for any new customized plugin

o XLST For maintaining existing customized workflows

· Experience with one of the following technologies

o HTML

o CSS

o Javascript

o SQL

· Knowledge of the Tools we use is an advantage

o Visual Studio for structuring custom projects and debugging.

o Postman, SOAP UI or any similar tool for web service testing

o Azure DevOps for cloud pipeline deployment and test automation

o Git for source code control

o Knowledge of Windows Servers for assisting the It-department of customers hosting their own solution

· Motivation and experience in customer interactions related to incident management and change request designing and scoping

· Self-driven and willing to assist colleagues within your area of expertise

· Strong analytical skills

· Fluent in English
