The Senior Support Analyst supports our post-implementation customers, carrying out requests for data configuration, updates, analytics and reporting support to ensure they have a smooth ESG journey and contribute to their sustainability goals. You work well as part of a team and have exceptional communication, project management and organizational skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Scope and provide effort estimate for billable work

  • Prioritize work effectively to adhere to project timelines

  • Manage and execute professional services requests in line with expected timelines

  • Provide support to the Customer Success Team for end of year reporting deadlines

  • Create and update ESG reports and provide data analytics support

  • Assisting customers with reporting to sustainability frameworks (CDP, GRI, SASB, GREB etc.)

  • Provide quality assurance checks on customer data, ensuring that emission factors line up with the agreed key and data is calculating as expected

  • Update emission calculations based on customers' needs including emission factor updates, estimations and organizational changes

  • Understand customers’ organizational needs and goals

  • Tracking effort hours against the customer's allotted budget and frequently communicating the project status of used billable hours and remaining billable hours

  • Work closely with Support, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to understand and meet customers’ requests in a timely manner

Requirements

  • The ability to multitask effectively and remain organized 

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Time management skills 

  • Proficiency in data management/Excel

  • Analytics and report building

  • Excellent communication skills

 Bonus skills/nice to have

  • Passion for, and/or experience with, sustainability, environmental sciences, GHG accounting, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks.

  • SQL knowledge
