What you’ll do

  • Be the go-to HR partner for our Cebu site and ANZ region

  • Build and roll out HR strategies that keep our culture strong and our people thriving

  • Drive recruitment, retention, and development of top talent

  • Champion employee engagement and DEI initiatives

  • Keep us compliant with PH and ANZ labor laws (DOLE + Fair Work Act)

  • Collaborate with global teams on HR, Finance, and L&D projects

  • Solve employee relations challenges with empathy and fairness

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience (preferably in tech or SaaS)

  • Solid knowledge of PH and ANZ labour laws

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

  • Experience in global/matrix organizations is a plus

  • Bonus points if you know immigration/work authorization processes
