Join Our Team as a Senior Digital Designer!

Are you a creative designer passionate about building flexible design systems and crafting engaging digital experiences? At AMCS, we are looking for a talented Senior Digital Designer to help expand and enhance our brand with modern, cutting-edge design solutions. You'll be an integral part of our in-house creative team, responsible for sharing our brand, people, and product stories through compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create & Innovate: Develop multimedia content for websites, social media, campaigns, and presentations, ensuring a high level of visual appeal and modern aesthetics.
Design Systems: Lead the development and refinement of design systems that support our brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms, while staying at the forefront of design innovation.
Brand Storytelling: Use design, motion graphics, and videos to enrich our brand narrative and engage our audience.
Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with content, digital, and marketing teams to produce cohesive and engaging visual content that aligns with brand strategies.
Lead Projects: Oversee design projects from brainstorming to final production, guiding junior designers and ensuring high-quality execution.
Excellence in Typography: Demonstrate a strong proficiency in typography and design principles, creating visually compelling layouts that enhance brand messaging.
Stay Current: Keep informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative design techniques into your work to ensure that our visual identity is both modern and cutting-edge.
Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines while managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

Skills/Requirements:

Expertise: 7-10 years of experience in B2B branding and design systems, creative production, and multimedia content creation.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software including Figma, Adobe CC (InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop).
Creative Vision: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas with attention to detail, a passion for storytelling, and excellence in typography.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and produce final deliverables on time.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current trends and technologies in brand design and multimedia production, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant experience.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver innovative solutions in visual design.
