We are seeking Sales Operations Analysts with strong insight into how a fast growing market leader manages its operations across its sales function; the role will allow lots of cross functional collaboration, and provides a platform to challenge, develop, streamline and enhance  the underlying sales & business processes; The right individual will be able to positively contribute and influence how we strive for excellence within a team of like-minded players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales processes and sales data gaining thorough understanding of the company and sales organisation

  • Assist with development & visual communication of key performance indicators / scorecards/trends to assess how business is performing vs targets, working with sales, marketing, finance, IT

  • Develop Planning data models to support annual budgeting process

  • Assist in Coordination of annual budget process & ongoing forecasting reviews 

  • Ad hoc projects

Skillset Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn with an analytical mindset, comfortable with working with large datasets to help identify trends, develop business insights, suggest improved practices

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong Excel proficiency

  • Background in finance/ statistics

Desirable:

  • Financial qualification

  • CRM experience (salesforce: Lead management/ opportunity management)

  • Business Intelligence (BI) tools eg Power BI
