About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Global People Success & Talent team. You will work with other members of this team at our offices in Berlin. As a HR Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting People Projects in coordination with Talent Acquisition and the People Business Partners


Key responsibilities:

-          Responsibility for all employee administration, including document creation, e.g. contracts, addendums, letters according to local regulations, mostly focused on the German speaking employees

-          Keeping employee data in our HRIS (SuitePeople) and payroll systems up to date and correct in coordination with the Payroll department

-          Creating a smooth onboarding experience for our employees by monitoring the completion of onboarding tasks by colleagues and employees

-          Creation of reports on different People KPIs

-          Support of interdisciplinary People Projects in coordination with Talent Acquisition and the People Business Partners

-          Process improvement and support with compliance topics (SOC, TISAX, ISO27001)


Qualifications:

-          Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related field

-          First experience (2-3 years) in a People administration role with focus on Germany

-          Familiarity with HRIS systems and the office 365 package, familiarity with Netsuite is a plus

-          High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities, empathy and reliability in handling sensitive personal data

-          Affinity to technology and a data based approach to decision making

-          Business fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
