The function of this role is to facilitate, enable, and leverage the use of data to identify and uncover operational inefficiencies and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence, Database Modelling, and analysis.


  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building data pipelines, performing marketing mix or attribution analyses, and applying statistical learning techniques (e.g., regression, causal impact, or predictive modelling)

  • Proven skill in data storytelling and visualization, using tools like Tableau or Power BI to turn complex marketing performance data into clear, actionable narratives.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and frameworks (such as Gemini, ChatGPT or predictive modelling libraries) to accelerate analysis, generate insights faster, and automate repetitive tasks.

  • The ability to influence cross-functional teams partnering closely with marketing, finance, and product stakeholders to align insights with business goals.

  • A masters degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience in data science or analytics.
