Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst – North America to support our financial planning and analysis functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare month-end reports analyzing revenue and growth metrics.

  • Collaborate with the Contract Management Team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Maintain and update the weekly revenue forecast, working closely with department leads.

  • Develop and refine executive slide decks for leadership meetings focused on financial performance.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to manage customer subscription renewals.

  • Partner with regional A/R Collections team relating to customer data, business escalation and timely resolution

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support key strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in finance, business operations, or related role

  • Strong interest in developing skills across Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
