We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team and support our Sales & Marketing teams and wider GTM Strategy.
Job Overview:This role will play a critical part in driving business performance through financial analysis, strategic planning, and partnership with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Provide financial insights and analysis to support GTM strategies and decision making, including pricing, forecasting, and profitability (detailed analysis, reporting, and feedback loops)
Ø Collaborate closely with Sales Operations teams to enhance sales processes, optimize data management, and drive efficiency across GTM initiatives.
Ø Prepare and present models, reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement (eg rep performance, product mix, avg deal size, sales cycle and velocity, pipeline coverage, return on marketing, market penetration, white space)
Ø Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, providing insights into variances and identifying potential risks and opportunities
Ø Partnership with leadership, sales, sales operations, customer success and marketing teams; extending beyond immediate return on investment, headcount planning and budgeting to drive the business forward (eg new strategic opportunity identification and execution)
Ø Actively participate in GTM planning sessions, providing financial insights and input throughout the decision-making process, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated from the outset
Ø Develop dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present key financial and operational metrics to the GTM teams in a user-friendly manner.
Ø Lead the annual budgeting process for GTM-related inputs (Pipeline, Bookings, Sales Teams, Marketing investment etc) ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Ø Support M&A activity by conducting market and opportunity due diligence and facilitating post-acquisition integration processes
Required Experience & Skills:
Ø 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, sales ops, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
Ø Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or operational teams is highly desirable.
Ø Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ø Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ø Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Proficient in Advanced Excel, BI Platforms and other modern financial analysis tools.
