Finance Analyst - Vehicle Technology (Hybrid – Cebu)

What you'll do? The Finance Analyst will be responsible for contract management, order management, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and order management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

What you’ll do

  • Reconcile contract values from old to new system

  • Manage contracts and orders in the system

  • Take ownership of the contract database and transfer it into the new system

  • Quickly learn new systems and processes, including Netsuite and Salesforce

  • Draw conclusions for scenarios not following standard process

  • Suggest solutions and workarounds for issues arising during the project

  • Share best practices with team members during the project

  • Pay great attention to detail and take thorough notes

  • Translate foreign language contracts to understand what is being transferred from system A to B

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in contract and order management, financial analysis, and modeling

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

  • Self-driven and intuitive, with a can-do attitude

  • Ability to suggest solutions and workarounds for issues arising during the project

  • Ability to translate foreign language contracts to understand what is being transferred from system A to B

  • Medium proficiency in Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
