Job Specification-Roles & Responsibilities

The Change Management Analyst is responsible for driving and managing change initiatives across our customer base. This role involves developing change management strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth transitions to achieve desired business outcomes. The Change Management Analyst will work closely with project teams, leadership, and various stakeholders to implement effective change management practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Change Control Process: Establish and maintain change control processes and procedures to facilitate efficient business whilst protecting customers. Review and approve change requests to ensure they meet business needs. Coordinate with stakeholders to assess the impact and readiness for changes.

  • Communication: Communicate change management plans and updates to all relevant stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss and address change-related issues. Ensure clear and consistent messaging around changes.

  • Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide support and guidance to employees throughout the change process. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and support initiatives.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the progress of change initiatives. Analyse change implementation data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and improve change management processes. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous changes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

 Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business or IT related discipline

  • Business Acumen: Keen insight, strategic thinking, and the practical understanding of business operations that enable individuals to make sound decisions and contribute to the success and growth of an organization.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage change initiatives and lead teams effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey change-related information clearly.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data and assess the impact of changes.

  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during the change process.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple changes simultaneously.

  • Proactive, positive, self-starter with a passion for continually improving the processes around you.

  • Strong commitment to ensuring customers’ business objectives are achieved

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

  • Possess interpersonal skills, successful at developing and managing relationships at all organisational levels, both internally and externally

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management (ITSM) principles is a plus.

  • Prior experience in a Change Management approval environment, encompassing the handling of changes in IT services and infrastructure

  • The ability to report on all Changes against the Company KPI’s and Goals

  • Fluent in English
