We are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and SQL to join our team Cebu City.


This is a hybrid role and would require successful candidates to be present onsite at least 3x a week.

Responsibilities

  • Become expert in the use of the AMCS Fleet Maintenance  product and its configuration

  • Gain a good understanding of the business use case(s) within the context of the customer’s business and wider industry best practices.

  • Closely work with AMCS Fleet Maintenance product manager to understand business requirements and translate them to functional requirements

  • Ability to use SQL DB to query the DB to understand the data structure and do impact analysis on system changes

  • Carry out detailed analysis on parts usage across our customer base to establish buying patterns and suppliers

  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications both for commonly identified requirements and for specific client engagements.

  • Analyse client organisation processes against best in class, identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.

  • Manage the client testing process to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Work with product organisation personnel to identify required changes.

  • Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), especially with regards to providing information to clients.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent documentation skills
