Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with a global team of experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the waste and recycling industry.

• Work on a variety of projects across different technologies and platforms, gaining exposure to a breadth of skills including software development, database management, and system integration.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of existing software products to meet evolving customer needs and industry standards.

• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.

• Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to expand your technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, both locally and with international colleagues.

• Passion for technology and a desire to build a career in software engineering with a focus on sustainability.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
