Due to our growth, AMCS is currently searching for an experienced Outside Sales Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. This is a newly created role for a substantial protected territory.
Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented, self-starting hunter that is excited about joining a high performance, high intensity, scaling company. The successful Sales Executive will excel at finding and closing new business. We are seeking an individual with notable achievements and consistent over-achievement of goals and/or quotas. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, competitive, hardworking and will embrace prospecting and cold outreach to create opportunities in their territory.
About the Role…
Connects with clients by demonstrating an in-depth understanding their business needs/goals and presents the best solutions maximizing customer value
Identifies customer needs and pain points and bundle services to best meet the customer's requirements
Develops and maintains relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
Negotiates and closes SaaS contracts
Stays up-to-date with internal and external developments and recommend new ways to increase sales
Ensures that services are delivered and invoiced to exceed sales quota
Recommends appropriate services and pricing structure and generates proposals and contracts
Facilitates all related meetings internally and externally
Keeps current on changing regulations and industry trends
Maintains deep, positive, long-term relationships with clients that result in referrals and continued growth in the business relationship
Attends and participates in industry events
Maintains a comprehensive understanding pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management that meets those responsibilities accurately/on deadline
Maintains a comprehensive understanding managing data through CRM; understands current YTD budget and performance of YTD actual sales, pipelines and forecasts
About You…
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering) or other relevant sales experience in technical industries
5+ years sales experience, preferably selling into a utilities vertical (rolodex preferred)

Competitive/self-motivated with exceptional work ethic
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism
Strong computer technology skill set
Responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in communications; effective in communicating ideas and information, both written and verbal
Extremely comfortable presenting on the phone, web meeting, and in person
Shows high degree of personal integrity and leadership within the business development department
