We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Account Manager EMEA. This role involves taking ownership of our EMEA-based EHS and ESG customers outside of the DACH region. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling.
In addition to acting as the main point of contact for these accounts, you will orchestrate our internal functions to provide the best support to our international customers. Your crucial role will require you to understand their business goals, industry trends, and the specific needs of each client, using this knowledge to provide tailored solutions from the AMCS portfolio.

Account manager responsibilities:
Cultivating and strengthening relationships with our EMEA-based clients, serving as their primary liaison for all inquiries, issues, and escalations. This involves building connections both in person and remotely.
Implementing regular business performance reviews with clients to gauge their satisfaction levels, identify potential improvements, and uncover growth opportunities.
Recognizing and actively pursuing upselling and cross-selling potentials, synchronizing efforts with the sales, professional services and support teams to create effective account expansion strategies.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and overall market conditions to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities for our clients.
Reporting and forecasting sales progress in the respective sales tools used (e.g. Salesforce) to provide accurate and reliable forecasting for the business unit.
Attending industry events and conferences as a representative of our organization to inform prospects and especially nurture existing client relationships.
Strategic account manager required skills:

Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet stringent deadlines.
CRM (Salesforce) Proficiency: You are proficient at using CRM software and related tools, employing them to manage client relationships effectively and monitor performance metrics.
Independent and Collaborative: You demonstrate the ability to work both highly independently and collaboratively, teaming up with cross-functional departments to achieve shared objectives.
Required qualifications:
3-5 years of sales success in a quota-carrying role.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Fluency in French (native preferred) and English is essential.
2+ years as account account manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Tech savvy and experienced in a consultative approach with customers.
Excellent customer service and a sense of urgency for follow ups with customers and the network.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
College degree in business, marketing or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events as required.
