Job Title: Verification Officer
The Verification Officer is responsible for coordinating and executing Initial and Re-Verifications across AMCS's Irish customer base. This role is entirely field-based, requiring meticulous planning and organization to ensure efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of Verifications: 60%
Directly communicate with customers to schedule and perform Initial and Re-Verifications.
Ensure all verification activities are properly planned and executed according to customer needs and timelines.
Collaboration and Reporting: 20%
Work closely with the Verification Supervisor to track which trucks are scheduled for verification and which have been completed, facilitating the timely issuance of Certificates to customers.
Participate in weekly progress meetings to report on verification status and address any emerging concerns.
Technical Liaison: 5%
Coordinate with the Service Manager to report any technical issues identified during verifications, ensuring timely resolutions.
Communicate with Service Engineers regarding any issues encountered before or after the verification process, facilitating effective troubleshooting and support.
Engage with the hardware development team to relay any issues or recommendations observed during customer site visits.
Customer Service and Escalation: 5%
Proactively identify and report potential customer escalations to the Service Manager, ensuring timely interventions and support.
Training and Support: 10%
Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees involved in Initial and Re-Verifications, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles competently.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Background in technical service or operations, preferred.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Familiarity with customer relationship management and support practices.
