We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Marketing Operations Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential in supporting the marketing team’s daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain key marketing tools and processes, including email creation, form management, campaign support, and Salesforce reporting, while collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


Email Management:

  • Create, test, and deploy marketing emails to support campaign goals.

  • Maintain and update email templates for consistency and branding.

Form and Landing Page Management:

  • Develop and update forms and landing pages to capture leads effectively.

  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems and other platforms.

Campaign and Nurture Stream Support:

  • Assist in the setup and ongoing management of marketing campaigns and nurturing streams.

  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying and reporting any issues for resolution.

Cadence Management:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of cadences in sales engagement platforms like Salesloft.

List Management:

  • Import and manage marketing lists with a focus on data accuracy.

  • Segment lists to align with campaign and targeting strategies.

Salesforce Reporting:

  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.

  • Assist in managing Salesforce data related to marketing activities.

Technical Support:

  • Provide hands-on technical assistance for marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).

  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to emails, forms, campaigns, and integrations.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar support role.

·        Proficiency in Marketing Automation systems such as Pardot and Marketo.

·        Experience with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft.

·        Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including the ability to create reports and dashboards.

·        Proven experience in creating and managing marketing emails, forms, and campaigns.

·        Familiarity with list imports, data segmentation, and maintaining data integrity.

·        Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for marketing technologies.

·        Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

·        Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
