Job Description Project Management Admin Controller
Job Description: We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Project Management Admin Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in managing and tracking project budgets, activation, forecasts, and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office workflows.
Responsibilities:
Project Budget Tracking: Manage the project budgeting process, creating initial budgets, and ensuring changes are tracked and updated promptly in the AMCS database.
Activation Tracking: Monitor and manage project activations, keep track of project progress, and report updates or issues promptly.
Ad Hoc Case Management: Handle any unexpected scenarios or problems that arise with the project. This includes tracking the sales order, delivery, and billing processes.
Forecast Tracking: Keep a close eye on the project forecast, make necessary updates in tracking system, and promptly report any changes.
Premium Services Points/Consumption Tracking: Monitor the usage or consumption of premium services points, update the core team about the consumption tracking.
Project Folder Management: Organize and maintain the project folders ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect project status.
Requirements:
Experience in administration or similar role.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Netsuite, MS Project, VBA considered a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
